Bosch GBH 18 V-LI Compact Cordless SDS-Plus Hammer 2 x Batteries (GBH18VLI) is the most compact professional 18 volt cordless rotary in its class (total length of only 278 mm – including SDS-plus holder). It has a pneumatic hammer mechanism which isoptimised for drilling holes of 4 to 8 mm.

It is also suitable for smaller to medium screwdriving and drilling applications in wood and metal and can be used for screwdriving screws up to 6 mm diameter in wood.

This model has a practical battery charge level indicator with 3 LEDs and a integrated LED light for illuminating the work area, even in dark places.

The GBH 18 also has the Bosch Hyper Charge which has a rapid charging process, allowing the batteries to be charged to 75% after just half of the charge time. The batteries also have a No memory effect meaning the battery can be charged regardless of the charging state at any time, without damaging the cells.
