The Bosch GKS 85 9" 225mm Hand-Held Circular Saw has an extremely resilient 2200-watt motor giving bundles of torque. It has a cutting depth of up to 85mm in solid wood beams of any moisture content. Available in 110 or 240 volts. The GKS 85 is built to last, with a punched metal base plate and a closed pendulum guard made of die-cast aluminium that can withstand even hard impacts.
A high overload capability means you can expect a long motor lifetime, even under extreme load. This circular saw has an optimised chip deflector and a turbo dust blower for a clear view of the score line and precise cut guidance. An integrated rail guide in the base plate gives accurate sawing results when used with the guide rail and a spindle lock allows you to change blades quickly and easily.
