Returns Policy

Our customer service department must be contacted before any return is made to obtain the necessary returns reference and provide you will a returns form .You need to complete the form and return it to us in order for us to arrange collection. You can download the form here

All returns numbers must be marked on items being returned to us. Please include a copy of the returns form in your package.

Unwanted Returns

Should your purchases be unsuitable and you wish to return them to us for a credit or to exchange then the following conditions will apply:

1. Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

2. All items should be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to obtain a full refund. We reserve the right to charge for a 20% handling fee for repackaging where applicable.

3.I t will be the customer’s responsibility to return any unwanted goods using a reputable carrier at your own expense or you can inform us if you would like us to arrange the collection for you. The costs for the collection will be deducted from your original payment and the remainder will be refunded to you on receipt of the goods. (If you fail to return the product on the day of collection you will be responsible for the extra expense incurred.)

4. Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier.

5. We cannot accept the return of any item that has been manufactured to your specification.

Damaged Goods

Should you receive any parcel from us that contains damaged goods this should be notified to customer services who will arrange for collection and replacement, within the 7 working day period.

If any damaged items have been used they will be deemed acceptable by you and will not be considered for replacement, only repair.
