Terms & Conditions of free delivery. Orders over £100 to UK mainland, are free up to a weight of 30kg, thereafter we shall contact you for any additional costs. Charges/Costs for delivery All carriage costs shall be automatically calculated by the website. We may occasionally need to contact you for an additional payment depending on the delivery area. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will be informed of this via email. You will be given your tracking number and a link to the website so you can track your parcel straight to your door. Special Requests If you have any special requests (e.g. a next day or Saturday delivery) you will need to contact us via email or telephone (028 796 43922) Signature on delivery All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in at time of delivery a card will be left through your letterbox with information or details on how to arrange a redelivery. Large Orders If you are placing a large order please contact us for a competitive shipping quote. Inspection It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary. Delivery to Northern Ireland All orders placed with a Northern Ireland delivery address will be re-directed to a dealer network of independent traders located throughout the province. Please note it is then at the dealers discretion to finalise the total bill including shipping. |
